Job Title: Digital Media and Design Assistant
Job Type: Remote, Part-Time
Job Description: The Center for Process Studies (CPS) is seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Media and Design Assistant. This part-time role (approximately 10 hours per week) will support CPS’s online presence through social media management, graphic design, and website updates. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for communication and design, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to our mission of fostering human and planetary flourishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for CPS’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Assist in designing eye-catching graphics for online use (social media posts, newsletters, event promotions, etc.)
- Help with updating and maintaining CPS’s website, ensuring content is current, visually appealing, and user-friendly
- Help with creating regular email newsletters for CPS and its programs
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative communications strategies that align with CPS’s mission and initiatives
- Track social media performance and recommend strategies for growth and engagement
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience with social media platforms, content creation tools, and scheduling applications (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar)
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Basic website management experience (e.g., WordPress or other CMS platforms)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Compensation: $20 per hour, part-time (10 hours per week)
