Joshua Hogins

Joshua Hogins is a psychiatrist, researcher, and philosopher specializing in process relational philosophy and the applications to consciousness, spirituality, science, and cosmology. After medical training and receiving his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed a residency in psychiatry and fellowship in neurophysiology at Washington University in St. Louis. Joshua went on to practice psychiatry for about 10 years before returning to academics to pursue his PhD in philosophy, consciousness, and cosmology at California Institute of Integral Studies. He is currently working under the supervision of Matthew Segall to finish his PhD studying fundamental aspects of human behavior, including belief formation and engaging the spiritual reality of cosmic activity.
